1 / How does it work?
After you sign up, you will receive a welcome text message.
Every morning for 30 days, I’ll text you a short audio message to your cell phone. Then you'll be prompted to reply to me with a reply word. Once you send me the reply word, I'll give you your task for the day. When you’ve completed the task, you’ll text me back again so I can keep cheering you on.
2 / After I purchase, when will it start?
If you purchase today, you'll get your first audio message and challenge tomorrow at 9am your local time.
3 / What happens if I can't keep up with the messages/miss one/need a break?
The important part of this program is accountability. Every time you reply to one of my messages, you're staying on track with what you need to do to maintain your limited contact/no contact, but if you’re going away or need to pause, you can stop and start at any time. All you need to do is reply STOP to stop or pause receiving new messages and then reply START to begin again.
