Service Description

Our attachment style is established in childhood and reverberates into our adult relationships. It impacts everything from the relationships we pick to how those relationships progress and even how they may end. Recognizing our own attachment style and how it impacts our relationships can help us better understand ourselves and our needs and how to specifically work within our limitations. In this 60-minute live webinar (90 minutes are allotted in the event the Q&A runs long), you’ll learn about the background of attachment theory, the four different main styles (secure, anxious, avoidant, and disorganized) and how to navigate your own in your relationship. You’ll learn: - the characteristics of each attachment style, -the importance of knowing our attachment history, -the specific needs and desires of each attachment style, -how each insecure attachment style (anxious, avoidant, disorganized) can negatively impact the relationship, - and strategies for encouraging secure attachment in your relationship. Our attachment style isn't set in stone. It can change, both for the good or the bad. If you're wanting to feel secure in your relationship, this live webinar is for you. **All registered participants will receive the recorded replay on June 24th, 2022.**
